This first session is to access where you are at, where you want to be and how to get you there. Most first sessions last about an hour. We will get you goals and have follow ups as well. I’m so incredibly happy you are taking this time for you.Follow ups can be purchased for at a 50% rate. Due to the nature of this service, all sessions purchased are non refundable.
